Terms of Service for Riddle Master Discord Bot
By inviting or using the Riddle Master Discord bot ("the Bot"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service ("Terms"), Discord’s Terms of Service, and Community Guidelines. If you disagree with these Terms, discontinue use immediately.
The Bot provides automated puzzle-posting functionality and leaderboard tracking within Discord servers. It collects Discord User IDs to track successful puzzle completions and Server IDs to manage server-specific configurations (e.g., puzzle channels). No usernames, messages, or profile data are stored.
Compliance: Do not use the Bot for illegal activities, harassment, or spam.
Permissions: Ensure you have server admin rights to invite the Bot.
Age Restriction: Users must meet Discord’s minimum age requirements (13+).
Collected Data: Discord User IDs (anonymized), Server IDs, and puzzle-completion metrics.
No Sharing: Data remains internal and is never sold, shared, or used commercially.
Deletion: Request data removal via
riddlemaster@megermajo-productions.com
with proof of account ownership.
The Bot is provided "as is." We are not liable for:
Service interruptions or data loss.
Misuse of the Bot by server members.
Damages arising from Bot usage.
We reserve the right to update these Terms or discontinue the Bot without notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
We may revoke Bot access for violations of these Terms or Discord’s policies.
These Terms are governed by German law. Disputes will be resolved in courts in Nordrhein-Westfalen, Deutschland.
